Jennifer Hursit is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and corporate messaging. They served as a Senior Communications Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence from 2012 to 2016 and later held roles with AstraZeneca, including Global Media Relations Manager and Senior Communications Manager for Global Reward & Inclusion. Currently, they are the Senior Manager for Employee Communications at Legal & General and the owner of Olive Communications Ltd, where they provide specialist support for internal communications and engagement. Jennifer holds a BA Hons in Journalism Studies from The University of Stirling.
