Wendy Rousse is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in rehabilitation management. Since August 2011, Wendy has served as the Area Rehab Manager at Legacy Healthcare Services, overseeing the performance of 14 rehab departments with a focus on fiscal, clinical, operational, and human resources management. Prior roles at Legacy include Multi-Site Manager, Senior Director of Rehabilitation, Director of Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapist, showcasing a progressive responsibility in clinical and operational leadership. Prior to Legacy, Wendy held the position of Director of Rehabilitation at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, supervising a large team and managing comprehensive rehab program operations. Wendy holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Operational Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University.
