Tessa Burnard is a Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist involved in the Compassionate Leeds Programme, focusing on Trauma Informed Practice. Previously, Tessa worked as a Senior Organisational Consultant at ICAS Southern Africa, where they managed training and conflict management interventions. Tessa also served as an Educational Psychologist for Leeds City Council and has extensive experience in private practice, delivering assessments and intervention strategies for diverse learning needs. Tessa's early career included a role as a Central Recruiter at Toronto Rehab, where they implemented a recruitment system for research programs. Tessa holds a degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
