Liz Loredo has over a decade of experience in onboarding, employee development, and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Manager of Onboarding and New Employee Experience at Lee Health since July 2012. In this role, Liz has successfully led change management initiatives, particularly for the launch of the Learn@Lee Health LMS, and has facilitated new employee orientations, creating an online format in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes positions at Florida Gulf Coast University, where Liz implemented organizational effectiveness interventions and designed training programs for both university staff and diverse student populations. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from The University of Southern Mississippi.
