Mohamad Mansour has dedicated over a decade to humanitarian work, currently serving as the Treasurer on the Governing Board of the Lebanese Red Cross and as Deputy Director - Director of Operations at ABAAD-Resource Center for Gender Equality. Their experience includes roles as a Social Worker and Supervisor for food security projects, as well as various positions at the Lebanese Red Cross, where they integrated conflict resolution with operational leadership. Mohamad's fluency in English, French, and Arabic enhances their ability to communicate effectively and mentor teams, fostering equity and empathy within their organizations. They also contribute to the Lebanon Humanitarian and Development NGOs Forum as a Forum Coordinator. Mohamad holds a BSc in Biology and a diploma in mediation from Université Saint-Joseph, where they remain involved as a Mediator and Trainer.
