Ashley Frederick is currently the Director of Operations for the Commercial Market at Lease Crutcher Lewis, where they have amassed over 22 years of progressive experience. Previously, Ashley held various roles at the company, including Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Project Engineer. They began their career with an internship and later returned to the company as Director of Operations for the Commercial Market. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington, completing their degree in 2004.
