Matt McDonald is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and management. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician at LB Foster since February 2023, Matt is involved in the manufacturing, installation, calibration, and maintenance of Wheel Impact Load Detection (WILD) products globally. Previous roles include Supervisor/Laborer at Cancor Pressure Cementers and various positions within Canadian Pacific Railway, culminating in the role of Trainmaster. Matt began a career in engineering with Schlumberger, progressing from Field Engineer Trainee to Service Supervisor. Early in his career, Matt excelled at Vernon Battery Ltd as a Sales and Service Representative. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 2012.
