Christopher Koch has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. At NY Marketing Firm, Christopher served as a consultant addressing energy deregulation issues and training Account Executives. Previously, at Crunchies, INC, Christopher worked as an Assistant Manager overseeing employee scheduling and inventory management. At Ryder System, Inc., Christopher held multiple roles including Shop Supervisor and Manager of Warranty Collections, where oversight of warranty repairs amounted to a collection goal of approximately $40 million. Currently, Christopher is the Director of Warranty Management and Recovery at Lazer Logistics. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wesley College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
