Steve Pelc is the Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of Technology at Lazard, having served in various technology leadership roles there since 2019. Previously, they held a series of positions including Managing Director at TIAA and Vice President of Technology at Goldman Sachs, where they worked from 1996 to 2015. Steve has extensive experience in technology infrastructure, financial technology, and innovation across multiple organizations. Currently, they are pursuing multiple graduate degrees at NYU Stern School of Business, University of Toronto, and Columbia University.
