Larry B. Johnson is currently the Director of Multifamily/BTR at Layton Construction, bringing over 39 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously, they held significant roles including Managing Director of Development US-West at Mosaic and President at Sterling Homes, where they co-founded a for-sale development operation. Johnson served as Vice President of Construction at Pulte Group, overseeing over 12,500 closings and contributing to national initiatives in collegiate recruiting. Additionally, they have been involved as an advisor on multiple university advisory councils and the National Construction Council.
