Dr. Sahar Bhaloo is the Co-Founder and Head Psychologist at Flourish Mental Health and Coaching Services, where they focus on cultivating resilience and individual flourishing through psychotherapy and integrative modalities. With extensive experience in clinical assessment and consultation, Sahar has worked with diverse clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma and addiction. They have held roles as a consulting psychologist and clinical supervisor across global settings, contributing to mental health program development and education in cross-cultural contexts. Sahar earned a Doctor of Clinical Psychology specializing in trauma from Adler School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen's University.
