Mai Lê Hô is the Founder and Artistic Director of LayeRhythm Productions, Inc., where they have led initiatives to celebrate and preserve the cultural legacy of street and club dance while fostering community engagement through interactive performances. With a decade of experience in this role, they have created a platform amplifying underrepresented artistic voices. Mai also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hunter College, teaching house dance and improvisational techniques. Their previous roles include house dance instructor at various prestigious institutions and program director for It's Showtime NYC!, enhancing the visibility of street culture in New York. Mai's educational background includes advanced studies in Business Administration and Marketing from institutions in France and the UK.
