Melanie Shafer is an experienced executive in customer experience and professional services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at LawVu since January 2025. Prior to this role, Melanie held multiple leadership positions at Onit, including Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for the Commercial Business Unit. Melanie has a strong background in customer success, having been Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services at SimpleLegal, an Onit company, and Vice President of Professional Services & Support at Zywave, where Melanie’s career spanned over a decade, leading to various progressive roles in management and training. Melanie Shafer holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Marquette University, complemented by studies at the University of Galway.
