Tawna Oliphant currently serves as the Director of Hospitality & Guest Experience and the Director of Culture & Hospitality at Lavish Roots Catering and Hospitality, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tawna Oliphant spent a decade at McMenamins Pubs & Breweries, where responsibilities included Bar Manager, General Manager, Bartender, and Server. Tawna Oliphant also held a position as Assistant Manager at McMennamins from April 2014 to April 2015 and began in the culinary field at PCC Natural Markets as Cook 1 from January 2008 to March 2009. Educational accomplishments include a Certificate in Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist and Nursing Assistant from Edmonds College, completed between 2010 and 2013, along with a high school education from Eldorado High School between 1998 and 1999.
