Jeremy Weiss is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience as the Founder and Partner of the Christmas Burns Red Festival, Co-Creator and Director of the LAUNCH Music Conference, and Booking Coordinator at HMAC - Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center. As the Owner of The CI Companies, CI Records, and CI Productions, Jeremy has overseen live music booking, artist management, and festival organization, including the renowned Chameleon Club and The Champ venue. Additionally, Jeremy has managed the band Carousel Kings, ensuring comprehensive support for touring, and previously managed One Year Later, focusing on brand and marketing strategies. Jeremy holds degrees in Black Studies and Liberal Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with highest honors from St. Francis Preparatory School.
