Frank Lauletta is a seasoned corporate attorney and founding member of Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC, with extensive experience in private and public companies since January 2007. Throughout his career, Lauletta has specialized in corporate transactions, including venture capital, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Lauletta served as General Counsel at iPipeline from 2008 to July 2022, overseeing corporate governance and various legal aspects, and held the same position at Knova Software from 2003 to 2007. Lauletta's early roles include attorney positions at Cozen O'Connor and Dilworth Paxson LLP, as well as General Counsel for eCal Corporation, where notable achievements included raising significant venture capital and navigating complex securities laws. Lauletta earned a Juris Doctor with Tax Honors from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
