Beth Damon is a seasoned leader currently serving as the SVP, Head of People & Culture at Laughlin Constable since 2025. With extensive experience in the marketing and advertising industry, they have previously held roles including Senior Director of People & Culture and Director of People & Culture at Pivot Design. Beth's background also includes a position as HR & Business Manager, where they significantly enhanced talent development and the employer brand. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006.
