Vanessa Claspill is currently the Chief Sales Officer at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), where they lead the global sales organization to promote Las Vegas as a premier destination for meetings and conventions. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various leadership positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Marcus Hotels & Resorts and Vice President of Sales at Davidson Hospitality Group. They are also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. Vanessa pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications at Phillips University, which they are currently completing.
