Ajvadul Basheer.K is a dedicated food technologist and food safety officer currently working with Larsen & Toubro on the NEOM Green Hydrogen Company project in Saudi Arabia. They possess extensive knowledge in food safety management, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations. Ajvadul completed a B.Sc. in Food Technology with first-class honors from the University of Calicut and is pursuing an M.Sc. in Food Safety and Quality Management at Indira Gandhi National Open University. Previously, they held roles as a production supervisor at Unipulp Agro Industries and an internship trainee at Sumeru, gaining valuable experience in the food industry.
