Stephen Gillette is the Solid Waste Director at Larimer County, a position they have held since 2003. Previously, they served as Site Manager for Estes Park under both USA Waste and Waste Management from 1997 to 2000. Gillette earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Northern Colorado between 1974 and 1977.
