Sebastian Welch is an industrial engineer and a proud graduate of Purdue University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Data Science. As a former NCAA Division 1 athlete, Sebastian demonstrated exceptional discipline and teamwork while balancing rigorous training with academic commitments. Their experience as a tennis representative on the Boiler Student-Athlete Advisory Committee showcased their leadership skills and dedication to student-athlete advocacy. Currently, Sebastian serves as the Head Tennis Professional at Larchmont Yacht Club, managing a team of instructors and customizing training sessions to enhance client development. In 2023, they also worked as a Systems Consultant for the Lafayette Catholic School System, utilizing data analysis and lean principles to optimize classroom utilization.
