Christian Jaeschke is currently the Head of Global Business Unit Controlling Polymer Additives at LANXESS, a role encompassing oversight of a business unit with a turnover of approximately 1.5 billion EUR and around 2000 employees. Previously, Christian served as the Head of Business Analysis & Forecasting and the Head of Global Controlling Business Unit Additives at LANXESS. In an earlier role, Christian was the Vice President of Global Controlling for the Tire & Specialty Rubber Business Unit at ARLANXEO Switzerland S.A., which was a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and LANXESS. Christian earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from Universität zu Köln from 1986 to 1991.
