Amber Pickersgill has been with Lanterra Developments Ltd. since June 2005, starting as a Customer Operations Manager. Over the years, Amber has taken on various roles within the company, ultimately rising to the position of Senior Director and Head of Customer Operations & Insurance Risk Management. In January 2015, Amber also became the Building Performance Director at Lanterra Developments. Amber has a strong background in customer relations and insurance risk management, making their a valuable asset to the company. Amber briefly worked at HR Developments from June 2005 to August 2010 before returning to Lanterra Developments.
