Jouko Laitinen has extensive experience in production control and project management, currently serving as Head of Production Control at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue since January 2022, while also managing support services projects. Prior to this role, Jouko held various positions at the City of Espoo, including Development Manager, Logistics Planner, Area Manager, and Security Supervisor between February 2008 and March 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at TEC TransEnergy Consulting Oy and as a Supervisor/Logistics Coordinator at Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj from 1997 to 2006. Jouko Laitinen's educational background includes a BBA in IT from Häme University of Applied Sciences, a degree in Logistics Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and an Associate's Degree in Logistics and Transportation from Keravan ammattiopisto.
