Selma Svavarsdóttir is a Director at Landsvirkjun and Chair of KÍO – Women in Energy Iceland. They have extensive experience in leadership and operational transformation, having previously held multiple director roles at Landsvirkjun, where they led initiatives to improve workplace culture and promote gender equality. Selma has also served as an Alternate Board Member for Frjálsi lífeyrissjóðurinn and holds an Executive Coach degree from Reykjavik University, alongside a BS in Business Administration from Háskóli Íslands. Currently, Selma continues to mentor individuals in the industry while focusing on strategic leadership and change management.
