Karen Oerter has over two decades of experience in marketing and information technology within the agricultural sector. As the Director of WinField United IT at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since May 2016, Karen has led the IT portfolio and played a key role in the WinField Solutions-United Suppliers Merger from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, Karen served as Marketing Director for Insight Platforms at WinField Solutions from May 2010 to May 2016, focusing on CRM systems and business intelligence. Karen began their career as a Marketing Manager at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., where tenure lasted from May 1995 to May 2010. Karen holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
