Adamantia Phoca, MRICS, is an experienced professional in the field of real estate, currently serving as Investment Director for Operational Real Estate at LAMDA Development S.A. since June 2020, and previously held the position of Senior Business Development Manager for Hospitality and Leisure at the Hellinikon Project. With a background as Director of Hospitality & Special Assets at CBRE - Axies from September 2014 to June 2020, Adamantia also worked at HVS in Athens, where roles included Associate Director for valuations and market studies from 2010 to 2014 and earlier positions from 2006 to 2009. A foundational role was as Senior Valuer and Quality Control Manager at Axies S.A. from February 2003 to May 2006, overseeing a team of consultants on property valuations. Adamantia's education includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance and an MSc in Land Management from the University of Reading, complemented by a BA in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
