Xingjie (Jeff) Fang, Ph.D., is currently the Senior Director of Program Management at Lam Research, where they leverage their extensive experience in managing engineering teams and leading new product introductions in the Semiconductor and Data Storage industries. Previously, they held technical roles at companies including Veeco, GE Global Research, and ASML, contributing significant advancements in engineering and product development. Fang began their academic journey at the University of Science and Technology of China, followed by a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where they engaged in impactful research and developed innovative engineering solutions. Throughout their career, they have received multiple awards recognizing their technical expertise and leadership.
