Howard Woo is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in process and manufacturing engineering across various companies in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. Currently serving as a Staff Process Engineer at Lam Research since August 2020, Howard previously held notable positions such as Yield & Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Alta Devices, where responsibilities included managing yield engineering and inspection for photovoltaic production. Prior roles include Senior Process and Yield Engineer at Intevac, where focus was on yield improvement for ultra-low-light image sensors, and MEMS Engineer in multiple capacities at Light Blue Optics and Miradia, overseeing process development for MEMS micro-display devices. Early in the career, Howard worked at Applied Materials as a Key Account Technologist, providing process technology customer support.
