Since joining Lallemand in 1999, Jerome has held several key positions, including Contract Manufacturing Project Manager, Open Innovation Manager, Products and Bio-Process Development Director, and R&D Lab Operation Director. Notable achievements include the development of innovative products and technologies such as ComboCapĀ®āBiotics and GUARD Technology, as well as adept management of R&D teams and projects across multiple business units. Prior to Lallemand, Jerome worked at Sanofi Bio Industrie, focusing on fermentation processes for various microorganisms.
