Tom Wright is a qualified construction manager with a focus on project planning, tendering, and delay analysis, boasting over 20 years of experience across various sectors including civil and rail infrastructure, education, and hospitality. They have contributed to iconic global projects such as the New Doha International Airport, Walt Disney Engineering, and Central Sydney Metro Station. In previous roles, Tom served as a Consultant at DGA Group and Arcadis, and held positions as Associate Director at both Hayden Blaze and TBH. Tom has effectively represented clients and contractors in delay assessments, providing independent analyses and presentations to resolve disputes. Tom earned a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Northumbria University.
