Elena Fanjul-Debnam is a social impact and tech entrepreneur who is the Co-Founder and CEO of Labor Solutions, a company that leverages technology to engage and protect workers across global supply chains. Labor Solutions has served over 1.75 million workers in 30 countries and became an independent entity in January 2020 after its founding in 2013. Fanjul-Debnam has held roles including Fulbright Fellow at the U.S. Department of State (2010–2011) and Director/VP of Emerging Markets at Workplace Options (2013–2018), as well as experience at Public Policy Polling (2009–2010) and Putera Sampoerna Foundation/USBI (2011–2013). They are pursuing International Relations at Middle East Technical University and hold a B.A. in Political Studies from Pitzer College.
