Patrick Ford has extensive experience in human resources, having held senior leadership roles in various organizations. Notably, Patrick served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Computer Sciences Raytheon, overseeing a team of 15 and managing a $1.5M budget while contributing to business strategy execution. At GSK, Patrick held multiple positions, including Director of Human Resources, where strategic solutions were formulated for IT Employee Relations and Talent Management. In the later role as VP of HR, Patrick led initiatives focusing on change management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion. Currently, Patrick is the Senior Vice President of HR Partnering and Talent Acquisition at Labcorp, following a tenure as VP of Human Resources at the same company.
