Haoxin Chong is the Director of APAC Sample Operations at Labcorp, overseeing the quality, cost, and delivery of sample operations in the region. Previously, Haoxin served as the Site Lead at CLS Shanghai, managing various aspects of laboratory operations and sample handling across Asia. Haoxin has also held multiple roles at Covance, including Supervisor of Specimen Management and Manager of Global Sample Services, where they focused on team development and client excellence. Haoxin earned a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
