   "La Mafia se sienta a la mesa"​ nace en el 2000 y después de la apertura de dos locales propios comenzó su andadura como red de franquicias de hostelería y restauración en el año 2002. 
Actualmente cuenta ya con 30 unidades operativas situadas principalmente en la zona centro y noreste del país.  En los próximos años, siguiendo el plan de expansión marcado, estaremos presentes con nuestros restaurantes italianos en todas las principales ciudades del país.

La Mafia es una franquicia de hostelería consistente, joven y dinámica, con una excelente imagen de marca y con un crecimiento constante (expansión) que tiene como objetivo convertirse en una lovemark internacional.
