In 2008, ice cream manufacturer Pole Sud and patisserie manufacturer Gourmet Parisien joined forces to create La Compagnie des Desserts. This merger was a natural progression in the two dessert specialists’ relationship. For over 25years, these two brands have had a strong ambition: to become the dessert specialist for restaurants. For over 20 years, Pole Sud has been pursuing its objective to become the ice cream supplier of choice for restaurants.
