Max Reza is currently the Executive Director of Team Operations at the LA Clippers, a position held since 2016, where they have also served as Director of Team Operations, Equipment Manager, Basketball Facilities Manager, and Basketball Facilities Assistant. Prior to this role, Max worked as a College Adviser for the College Advising Corps from 2014 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development from the University of Southern California in 2014.
