Sandra Ryan has over 30 years of experience in designing and developing complex systems for commercial and USG customers. They have held leadership roles, including Director of Engineering at L3Harris Technologies, managing teams of over 300 engineers, and Program Manager at TRW, overseeing $20M in subcontracts. Sandra obtained a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of South Florida. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to lead and build effective teams to deliver hardware and software solutions.
