Paul Murphy is a proactive Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the defense industry, specializing in space and airborne systems. Currently serving as a Lead Systems Engineer and Manager at L3Harris, Paul manages a team of over 10 engineers and oversees the development of advanced Electronic Warfare systems. Previously, they held key positions at ITT/Exelis and 4D Security Solutions, where they demonstrated leadership in systems engineering, project management, and continuous process improvement. Paul holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, along with a Value Based Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
