Desmond Sweeney, P.Eng, is currently the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at L3Harris Technologies, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Desmond served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Christie Digital Systems from 2007 to 2022, and worked as a Process Engineer Supervisor at Crown Holdings, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they were a Project Engineer at Magna Closures KTM Locks/Dortec from 1999 to 2004.
