Regina DiBart possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, having held key positions in several prominent companies. Regina served as Executive Director at AT&T from January 2000 to January 2015, before moving on to roles at IBM as a Client Services Executive and at NTT as a Managed Services Specialist. Currently, Regina is the Director of the Network and Edge Practice at Kyndryl, a position held since April 2022. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Math from Pace University, and two Master's Degrees in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
