Mariam Abuhilal is a Senior Planner in the Exploration & Drilling Directorate at Kuwait Oil Company, where they have worked since 2012. Previously, they served as an Electrical Engineer and Trainer at the Telecommunication and Navigation Institute from 2007 to 2012 and contributed to construction and maintenance projects as an Electrical Engineer at Kuwait University from 2003 to 2007. Mariam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University and has pursued advanced studies, including an MBA at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a leadership development program at Harvard Business School. They are also a member of Thukhur Club, cohort 3.
