Raymond Ou is a skilled video specialist with extensive experience in video production and editing. Since January 2018, Raymond has been working at KTSF, contributing to various video projects. Additionally, as a freelance video editor since January 2015, Raymond has managed the creative development and filming of diverse video content while providing translation services for Chinese and English subtitles. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from San Francisco State University and certificates in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from City College of San Francisco. Currently, Raymond is pursuing a certificate in Houdini for Film and Game at Think Tank Training Centre from January 2024 to September 2025.
