Krowdy fue fundada en el 2016 para resolver un problema por el que pasan todas las organizaciones: Encontrar talento… sin que eso signifique un costo tan alto ni miles de horas de trabajo y revisiones interminables de currículos y candidatos que muchas veces no cumplen con el perfil.  En este proceso de encontrar la solución nos hicimos un cuestionamiento: ¿Por qué si todos (gracias al uso de la tecnología) hemos cambiado muchos de nuestros hábitos, las empresas siguen reclutando de la misma manera?

Es así que respaldados en el uso de tres tecnologías: Inteligencia Artificial, Crowdsourcing y SmartVideos, Krowdy desarrolla una plataforma de reclutamiento digital que encuentra, filtra y evalúa candidatos de manera más óptima pues se han automatizado y digitalizado las partes más operativas del proceso, reduciendo el tiempo de selección de semanas a días.
