Valeria's career includes roles such as HR Consultant at Praxi Spa and HR Lead for Operations & Industrial Relations at Kraft Heinz, where significant contributions to organizational transformation and a people-centered culture were made. As Head of Talent for the Europe Supply Chain at Kraft Heinz since 2023, Valeria oversees talent acquisition and development across multiple countries.
