Jeanine McMahon is currently a Senior Scientist specializing in Consumer Experience and Sensory Design at The Kraft Heinz Company, a role they have held since 2017. They previously worked at Glanbia Performance Nutrition as a Scientific Affairs Intern in 2016 and also served as a Patient Services Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare in the same year. Jeanine has a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to be completed in 2025, and a Master of Science in Food Process Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2022. Their educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and an Associate of Science from Moraine Valley Community College.
