Engy Basiouny is currently the Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs for the Middle East and Africa at The Kraft Heinz Company. With over 20 years of experience in public policy and government affairs, Basiouny has developed expertise in e-mobility, technology, pharmaceuticals, and communications. Previously, they served as the Director of Government Affairs at LYNX Strategic Business Advisors and held key roles at Careem Egypt and Novo Nordisk Egypt. Basiouny’s background includes significant contributions to major projects and initiatives in collaboration with international and local stakeholders, showcasing a deep understanding of government mechanisms and corporate frameworks. They earned a B.Sc. in Economics from Cairo University.
