Sandra Bwalya is a highly motivated and results-driven HR executive with over 18 years of extensive experience in HR consulting and practice. Currently, they hold dual roles at KPMG Zambia as People Process Leader and Senior Manager in the Advisory Consulting Department. Previously, Sandra worked as Manager of People & Change at PwC Zambia and as a Consultant and Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. They are pursuing an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from the University of Zambia. Sandra's expertise spans the HR value chain, focusing on organisational design, HR transformation, and talent management.
