Tapan Goel is currently a Partner and the Head of Risk Management at KPMG Global Services in India, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in Operational Risk Management and Internal Audit across diverse industries such as banking and manufacturing. They have held senior management positions and lead large teams, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance process efficiencies and controls. Previously, Tapan served in various leadership roles including Head of Human Resources at Barclays Shared Services, where they focused on People Strategy and Diversity & Inclusion. Tapan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mithibai College.
