Maria Nast, CPA, has extensive experience in tax consulting, currently serving as a Managing Director at KPMG since November 2013, where Maria leads teams focused on tax engagements for complex multi-national Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles at KPMG include Senior Manager, where responsibilities involved addressing accounting method changes, optimizing deductions, and assisting with federal and state tax credits. Maria also held positions at Target and Jasicki Tax and Financial, progressing from Tax Preparer to Senior Tax Accountant. Maria obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
